APPROVE YOUR PROOFS
We will send you proofs of your cards via email. One you approve we begin producing your card.
OUR TERMS OF USE
All sales are final. No refunds are available on orders unless no files have been prepared for printing and no online proof has been sent. If an order is canceled after we have already processed your files and have shown you an online proof, the minimum order fee will be charged.
RUSH FEES ARE NOT REFUNDABLE UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.
Every item we sell is carefully inspected before it is shipped. If merchandise is defective or damaged upon receipt please contact us within 10 business days after your package arrives. All claims MUST be made within 10 days of receiving your order. Shipping charges will not be refunded unless lost or damaged by UPS. Should your print job contain manufacturing errors and/or defects, we will rerun and ship the job at no charge.
Varna and Design Inc. reserves the exclusive right to judge what a manufacturing error and defect is.
